Payment Security

Torveso uses Shopify checkout and established payment companies to process transactions with security controls designed to reduce unauthorized activity.

Payment-data handling

Checkout information is sent over encrypted connections. Complete card numbers and security codes are processed by payment providers rather than disclosed to Torveso in complete readable form.

Bank authorization

Your bank or payment service may verify billing information, require additional authentication, or place a temporary authorization hold. The provider controls when an unused hold is released.

Transaction monitoring

We may review unusual billing, account, device, or transaction signals. When reasonably necessary, an order may be paused for limited verification, rejected, or canceled and refunded to protect the store and its customers.

Use a trusted device, protect passwords, and review financial activity. Email service@torveso.com for payment assistance without including passwords or full card details.
