This Shipping Policy sets out Torveso order handling, shipping prices, delivery estimates, tracking, import expenses, and support for delivery issues.

Order handling

Preparation generally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Verification, availability, promotional demand, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend the process.

Shipping rates

For destinations available at checkout, orders from USD 0.00 through USD 44.99 use Fast shipping for USD 5.99. Orders of USD 45.00 or more use Free shipping for USD 0.00. Checkout confirms eligibility for the selected products and destination.

Transit time

Delivery estimates begin on dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs, weather, seasonal demand, and local conditions may cause delays.

Import costs

Unless checkout clearly provides otherwise, recipients are responsible for duties, import taxes, brokerage, and comparable destination charges. Authorities or carriers determine these amounts independently of Torveso.

Tracking and destination details

Tracking information is emailed when offered and can take 1–3 business days to activate. Customers must provide a complete deliverable destination and monitor carrier notifications. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery questions

If tracking is stalled beyond a reasonable carrier window, a parcel arrives damaged, or a completed delivery cannot be located after local checks, email service@torveso.com with the order number.
