These Terms of Service govern access to the Torveso store, use of its features, and purchases. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies presented with them.

Lawful use

You must provide truthful information and use the store lawfully. Do not compromise security, transmit harmful code, impersonate another person, use abusive automation, disrupt other users, commit fraud, or infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Order decisions

A submitted order is an offer to buy. Torveso may accept, limit, decline, or cancel it because of availability, errors in a listing or price, payment concerns, suspected misuse, legal restrictions, or fulfillment limitations. If payment was captured for a canceled order, it will be refunded to the original method.

Product details and pricing

We use reasonable care when displaying descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings, manufacturing batches, or packaging revisions may create minor differences. Prices may change before acceptance, and checkout displays shipping and applicable taxes.

Intellectual property

Torveso names, branding, original text, graphics, layouts, and other protected materials may not be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without consent.

Responsibility and consumer law

The store is subject to express warranties and protections that applicable law requires. To the maximum lawful extent, Torveso is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
