These Terms & Conditions govern transactions through Torveso and supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Customer capacity and details

You must be legally able to contract and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for legitimate actions carried out under your customer account.

Formation of the contract

Product listings invite customers to order but are not themselves binding offers. A sales contract forms after Torveso accepts an order through an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An automatic receipt only confirms submission and allows review for availability, errors, risk, and fulfillment capability.

Price and currency

Transactions are set in USD. Checkout displays applicable shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges. A bank or payment provider may apply independent currency conversion or cross-border fees.

Delivery, title, and risk

Shipping is subject to destination and product eligibility. Ownership and risk transfer as required by applicable law, and title may remain with Torveso until full payment is received.

Returns and mandatory remedies

The Return & Refund Policy explains our standard process. Stronger mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer rights take priority when applicable.

Uncontrollable circumstances

Torveso is not responsible for delays caused by events it could not reasonably control, including natural events, actions by authorities, infrastructure failure, labor disruption, or carrier interruption.

General provisions

If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Transaction questions may be emailed to service@torveso.com.
